Shipping Procedures
We pride ourselves in a very speedy pick and ship process. Most orders will ship same day, and if they are placed after 12:00 p.m. EST, the order will ship the following day.
Carriers
All orders are currently shipped via UPS Ground. Next day and Second day air are available upon request. We do not ship to APO addresses. Orders received prior to 12:00 pm EST will ship the same business day. All orders received after 12:00 pm EST will ship the following business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped, along with a UPS tracking number. Your order should arrive between 1-5 business days from the time you receive your e-mail notification. Shipping rates will be calculated at time of order checkout.
Shipping Locations
We only ship to the continental United States, however please read our notice on not selling or shipping to California. For more information, please see our Prop 65 Policy.
We do not currently accept international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your monies.
Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with similar features. If you do not want the alternative product, we will gladly give you a refund for your original purchase.
Shipment Refusal
If you choose to refuse your UPS shipment we will credit your monies back to you within 2 business days, less shipping, handling fees and 15% restocking fee.
