Hawaiian Quesadillas


8 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup finely chopped baked ham
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup finely shredded Mexican cheese
1 jar Jake & Amos Mango or Peach Salsa for serving
Sour cream for serving


Place one tortilla in a 12-inch nonstick skillet. Top with ¼ cup ham, 1/8 cup pineapple and ¼ cup cheese. Place another tortilla on top. Cook over medium heat for 2-4 minutes, turning once, until both sides are lightly browned. Remove from skillet and repeat to make remaining quesadillas. Slice into quarters and serve with salsa and sour cream if desired. ?
