Dandelion Greens with Warm Bacon Dressing


2 ½ pounds dandelion greens, rinsed
½ cup sweet onion, diced
1 cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (16 oz) jar Jake & Amos Bacon Dressing


Warm the dressing in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Trim off thickest part of the dandelion stems and discard along with any tough leaves. Roughly chop remaining greens and transfer to a large salad bowl. Top greens with onion, mushrooms and hard-boiled egg. Pour desired amount of warmed dressing over top of greens and toss well to coat. Serve.?
