Pork and Sauerkraut


1 (4 lb) pork loin roast
1 tsp caraway seeds
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) jar Jake & Amos Sauerkraut
Salt and pepper to taste


Cut roast if necessary to fit in slow cooker. Place roast in slow cooker and season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Pour sauerkraut (do not drain) over top of roast. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons brown sugar over sauerkraut. Cook on high for 1 hour and on low for 5-6 hours. Serve.?
