Onion Roasted Potatoes with Bacon Dressing


3/4 cup Jake & Amos Bacon Dressing
2 oz. French Onion Soup Mix
7 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, peeled and cubed or cut into thick rings
3-5 stalks celery, diced (optional)
3-5 carrots, sliced (optional)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Pour bacon dressing in a 9x13” baking dish. Add the remaining ingredients to the dish and toss well to coat. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, stir the vegetables and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve immediately.?
