No Fuss Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

3 Pounds Pork Shoulder, trimmed of fat
Seasoned salt
1 (16 oz.) jar Jake & Amos Apple Butter BBQ Sauce, divided
½ cup water

Directions:

Rub pork roast with seasoned salt and place in slow cooker. Combine 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce with water and pour over roast. Set slow cooker to low and cook roast for 8-10 hours. After cooked, take roast out of slow cooker and shred with a fork. Return meat to slow cooker and add the remaining BBQ sauce. Stir to coat all meat. Set slow cooker to “warm” and let meat heat for 1 hour before serving.?
