Peach Berry Pie

Ingredients:

4 cups sliced Jake & Amos Peach Halves
1 cup fresh raspberries
¾ cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 (9 inch) pie crusts
2 tablespoons butter, softened and cut into pieces
1 tablespoon coarse sanding sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place one pie crust in the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Place sliced peaches and raspberries in colander for 15 minutes to drain excess liquid and then place in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour and cinnamon and toss until well combined. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Dot with butter and top with remaining crust. Cut 4 slits in the center of the pie crust to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle the crust with coarse sugar. Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.?
