Avocado Topped Marinated Mushrooms


1 (32 oz.) Jar Jake & Amos Marinated Mushrooms or Hot Garlic Mushrooms
2 avocados
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
1 bunch watercress
Lemon wedges, for garnish


Stem the mushrooms and place the caps in a bowl. Halve the avocados and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl. With a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados with the lemon juice and salt. Taste for seasoning and add more lemon juice or salt if needed. Line a serving platter with watercress. Fill each mushroom cap with avocado puree and place on prepared serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.

To who this may concern I just wanted to let you know your marinated mushrooms are delicious. I love them. My husband didn't know if he would like them but he tasted them and he liked them too but I didn't give him much of a chance I ate them up quick. Thank you <3
