Sweet Pepper Glazed Turkey

Create an unforgettable holiday feast with this Sweet Pepper glazed turkey recipe. Tender and juicy!
Ingredients:
2 turkey tenderloins there are usually 2 in each package
Canola or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour or cornstarch
1/2 cup J&A Sweet Pepper Relish
Directions - One Day Prior:
- Combine salt, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder and flour and rub onto turkey tenderloins.
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours the day before for marinating.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Coat each turkey tenderloin with about 1 teaspoon of oil.
- Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet.
- Brown the turkey for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Coat each turkey tenderloin with J&A Sweet Pepper Relish and cook in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°. Cover if needed to prevent it from getting too dark.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
