Easy Jerk Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
16 oz. frozen, uncooked, medium shrimp, thawed according to the package
4 teaspoons jerk seasoning
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1 bag 6 inch flour tortillas
Shredded red cabbage
Avocado slices
1 jar Jake & Amos Pineapple Salsa
Crumbled Queso Fresco cheese
Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Lime wedges
Directions:
- Melt the butter in a hot skillet. Whisk in the jerk seasoning, lime juice, chili sauce, soy sauce and lime.
- Add the thawed, drained shrimp and stir until each shrimp is coated in the butter mixture.
- Fry in the pan until the shrimp turns pink. Remove from the heat.
- Fill tortilla with cabbage, avocado slices, Jake & Amos Pineapple Salsa, hot shrimp, cheese, and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice on top and serve immediately.
