Easy German Potato Salad

Description
Here is a traditional warm potato salad that is so easy to make for a crowd.
Ingredients:
1.5 quart diced peeled potatoes
8 slices bacon
2 small onion, diced
1 cup J&A Bacon Dressing (more if desired)
Directions:
- Boil, drain, and cool the diced and peeled potatoes.
- Fry the bacon in a skillet, then cook the onion in the bacon grease.
- Add the J&A Bacon Dressing and bring to a simmer.
- Add the potatoes and 1/2 of the bacon to the dressing.
- When heated through, transfer the potatoes to a serving dish.
- Garnish with remaining bacon and parsley.
