Description:

Looking for a unique treat to bring to your Superbowl Party? These stuffed eggs are the perfect game-day appetizer! Featuring some heat from our Jake & Amos Jalapeno Eggs, enjoy buffalo chicken jalapeno eggs in a single bite. Each jar of our jalapeno eggs typically contains 11 eggs. This recipe makes 22 servings when the eggs are halved. If you want, go ahead and get a second jar to make even more - or enjoy the eggs on their own!

Ingredients:

11 Jake & Amos Jalapeno Eggs, one 34oz jar

1/2 pound cooked, shredded chicken

1/4 cup mild buffalo wing sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise, use more for a creamier texture

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

2 tablespoons bleu cheese crumbles, garnish

2 tablespoons chopped chives, garnish

Directions:
  1. Cut each egg in half and scoop out the yolks. Set eggs aside to fill.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, including the scooped yolks, but minus the bleu cheese and chives.

  3. Stuff the filling into each egg half, then garnish with bleu cheese and chives. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and then serve.
