Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage & Carrot Salad

Description:
A super flavorful salad that combines, sweet, sour, and savory into a simple side or add chicken for a great main meal.
Ingredients:
1 jar of J&A Pickled Dill Brussels Sprouts, drained
8 oz. carrots, cut julienne
8 oz. purple cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup sweet deli peppers
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup basil fresh, leaves
Dressing:
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, add J&A Brussels Sprouts, carrot, cabbage, sweet peppers, raisins, and basil.
- Mix and combine all the vegetables and raisins.
- Make Dressing: Whisk together all the dressing ingredients, and then pour it over the salad and gently fold until thoroughly coated.
- Let the salad sit in the fridge for at least an hour so the flavors can combine.
- Mix again before serving, and garnish with sprouted seeds and/or green onions.
