    Like the subject, these have very good flavor. Sweeter than expected, but then they DO say they're sweet! However, they're a bit soft and mushy, without the firm texture I tend to expect from beets.

    I love the beets on a nice chef salad. I prefer to eat them cold. I can't find them in my local grocery stores so I purchase from the website. (For several years now)
