When packing your product, we do so in a manner that attempts to keep your products safe and free from damage, however, when shipping glass products via a parcel service, damage to products can occur on occasion. If you receive any product that has been damaged during the shipping process, please notify us immediately via email at email@example.com. We will replace the damaged product for you. Please do not attempt to consume any product in which the jar has been broken and/or cracked.
